To our Jones & Co Family,

Due to the rising cost of freight that has been passed on to us over the years (of which there have been many), we have made the decision to change the delivery options available to manage these costs.

We will no longer be offering free express shipping on orders of $40 or more, instead, we will not charge for Regular Shipping. If you would like to have it Express Shipped, it will cost just $2 extra.

We never enjoys adding costs on to our loyal customers, but we need to keep up to date with the real cost of doing business. That way, we can continue to operate and supply the best coffee going!

As always, there is the free pick up option if you are able to pop in to our Roastery. If you pick up 500g for more in store, we always want to share a coffee on the house for our friends. We also have a loyalty program for a cup of coffee which entitles you to a free cup once you’ve purchased 10, which don’t expire.
